Website Born and raised in Winnipeg, Matt grew up on the city’s east side. Though spending most of his career working in construction, he took a few years off from the tools and found himself working in radio as an on-air announcer. These days, Matt likes to flex his creative muscles by maintaining a blog and dabbling in small fiction pieces with the hopes of one day breaking into the 3% and completing a novel.
