2025 Annual General Meeting
Those of you who have attended the AGM in the past, even on Zoom, know it’s a great opportunity to revisit old friends, chat with new members over coffee and sweets (even on Zoom), and generally have a stronger sense of being a member of the MWG.
And it’s even more fun if you are eligible to vote. To be eligible to vote, you must have renewed your membership or become a member 60 days in advance of the AGM (by August 19 this year).
IMPORTANT to NOTE: All members are welcome to attend the AGM and express your opinions, whether you can vote or not.
There have been significant changes in the Governance Manual, as well as the statements of policy/governance/stewardship by our DEI Committee, and new nominated Directors to complete our Executive, all of which we need to ratify at the meeting.
